Ok, this is a mess as always when dealing with any wildlife department agancy, no one wants to confirm or deny anything without a flippen lawyer present but we got this far on what is considered possession.... if the fish have been processed (canned or filleted and frozen) its up to the individual warden I guess. Our local warden was present and offered his take on it. And without saying yes to his method it was basically agreed his was best option heard to date...the above was his method and that is what everyone sort of kinda went with.... again no one would say anything but the one good point was it went to a closed meeting when the doors were shut IE no video - camera or other recording devices other than audio recorders for the purpose of transcribing the meeting later on. The presiding state official made it clear that if any portion of the meeting made the internet or any other reporting agency without first being cleared by his office it would be dealt with as criminal trespass and his office does not plea bargain.. I like this guy......
Here is what I was left with - handouts for the questions I had ask, well almost answers anyway.
