I hate to sound like a re run and have asked this before. My bottle of C&H lube is about gone and have about 100 rifle rounds to load for a friend. I really don't want to use my lube for his and this bottle of stuff has lasted me for over 25 years. Yea, 25 years and have went threw two RCBS pads, front and back,,, but the lube has lasted a long time.
Im stuck in my old ways and is the RCBS bottle lube good? Im just not digging the Horn One - Shot for some reason , but I will try it. Ive had about three stuck cases in my life and pretty sure they was my fault and loaded , Lord know how many rounds out of this bottle of C&H. Im just guessing , close to 800,000 or more.
What lube do y'all like for BOTTLE NECK RIFLE ROUNDS? That's all I care about and all my pistol dies are carbide and don't need lube. Im differ from most and just don't care for lube on shoulders and necks. The spray may be fine but prefer, TO NOT waste time wiping the shoulders and necks down,,, to keep from wrinkling them. I also might not know what im talking about tooo. I never used it.
My loading blocks are just like any , other than Versifier made me 10 or so and the same depth as a regular plastic one. How does ONE-SHOT coat all cases in a loading block,, if 1/2 inch of the case body is in the block. Do you put mouth down?
Be patient please because like I said, ive been using a RCBS pad and C&H lube,, SINCE DAY ONE and was about 16 years old when I started this great journey. I have kept things simple and still run a single stage , presses to this day.
Help please.
